"Stock info wasn’t accurate"
I ordered a set of fins because the site showed they were in stock, so I figured I was good to go. A little later, I got a message saying they actually weren’t available. The refund did come through without any issue, but it still wasted a few days and I ended up having to buy them from somewhere else. I just wish the stock info had been updated more accurately

"Surprisingly solid gear"
This feels really solid in hand. Kind of makes you wonder why some other brands can’t manage the same without charging more.
"The return process was more frustrating than I expected"
I thought dealing with the return would be straightforward, but it ended up feeling like way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The warranty process in particular took a lot longer than I expected, and I found myself waiting around and following up when I really just wanted the issue handled and wrapped up. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely tested my patience

"I’m giving 1 star because the whole situation..."
I’m giving 1 star because the whole situation just wasn’t handled well. Things can go wrong, but the way it was dealt with felt careless and gave me a bad impression.
I reached out to support hoping to get it sorted, but the response was slow and not very helpful. The tone also felt dismissive, which made it more frustrating, especially when you’re dealing with dive gear and need clear answers you can trust.
At this point, I wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously improve how they handle issues and communicate with customers...

"So much dive gear in one spot"
I was actually impressed with the range on divestore.com.au. I only jumped on to grab a couple of bits for my kit, but ended up browsing masks, fins, wetsuits, and all those little spares that are usually annoying to track down. Why bounce between a bunch of different shops when it’s all there in one place? Prices looked fair to me, and the site was easy enough to get around. I’d definitely use them again

"Bad first impression, but the prices were okay"
I ordered a couple of dive bits from Pro Dive Cairns Store, the first impression wasn’t great. The site/pricing didn’t really make me feel like I’d found a bargain, and after placing the order I noticed some of the same items cheaper elsewhere, which was annoying.
The gear itself was fine and everything arrived without any drama, so I can’t complain about the quality. It just didn’t feel like amazing value overall. I’d probably use them again, but only if I checked around first and the price actually made sense.
"Pretty easy site to use"
I found the site simple to get around overall. The categories made sense, and the search worked fine when I knew what I was looking for?? The product pages had the details I needed, though a few of them felt a little cramped on my phone. Checkout was straightforward and didn’t take forever, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience, just maybe could be a bit cleaner and less busy in spots??
"Decent help, but the waiting felt dramatic"
Customer service was okay, but wow, waiting a couple days for a sizing question had me acting like I was stranded on a deserted island with no help in sight. I emailed them, got a reply eventually, but I did have to follow up because one part of my question got missed.
To be fair, they were polite once they responded and they did get everything sorted in the end. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, even though my impatience definitely made it feel like one for a minute. Not bad overall, just wish they were quicker with replies

"Shipping could’ve been a bit better"
My order did show up in good shape, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was a little frustrating. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for clearer updates and a reasonable delivery time. Overall, not a bad experience, just average when it came to shipping
